Bumiputera lots, low-cost and affordable units, Malay Reserve land and single or one-and-a-half-storey terraces are closed to foreigners. PropertyGuru asking prices at Eco Spring run from about RM887,000 to well above RM1.38 million, so many cluster and semi-detached homes priced at RM1 million or more could qualify, provided the home is not on a Bumiputera lot.
