This policy explains what personal data is collected through this website and how it is used, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- Information you send us: when you contact us by WhatsApp, email or social media, we receive your name, phone number and anything you choose to share, such as your budget, preferred areas or family situation.
- Website usage data: like most websites, we use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that record anonymous information about visits — pages viewed, device type, approximate location and how you arrived at the site.
- Embedded content: pages include videos from YouTube. When you play them, YouTube may set cookies and collect data under Google’s own privacy policy.
