MM2H and foreign buyer property support
The home is the part of MM2H most people get wrong: the wrong price band, a unit foreigners cannot buy, or a building that will not rent. Here is how I help MM2H applicants and overseas buyers choose, buy and look after the right home.
What I do
From shortlist to keys, and after
Pick the area
Johor Bahru city and the RTS Link area, Iskandar Puteri, Mount Austin, or KL, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak, matched to schools, hospitals and your commute.
Check the rules
Your MM2H minimum, the state’s foreign-buyer minimum, Bumiputera and affordable lots, freehold or leasehold, and the 10-year no-sale rule.
Check the price
What the building has actually sold for, from transacted medians, before you make an offer.
View remotely
Live video viewings and building walk-throughs when you cannot fly in.
Paperwork
Booking, SPA and state consent with your own lawyer; loan introductions to banks that lend to foreigners.
After the keys
Handover inspection, utilities and, if you rent it out, finding tenants. See renting out in Johor.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy without coming to Malaysia?
Mostly, yes. I can show you units by video call, your lawyer can handle the SPA and documents by courier or under a power of attorney, and I can attend the key handover for you. Some banks and the state consent process may still ask for originals.
Do you charge MM2H buyers extra?
For homes I sell as an agent, my fee is paid by the seller or developer in the usual way. The licensed MM2H agent charges their own fee for the application.
Which areas do you cover?
Johor Bahru and Iskandar Puteri in depth, plus the Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak projects on this site.

Ask for property support
Tell me your category, budget and area. I reply on WhatsApp with a shortlist of homes that meet both the MM2H and the state minimum.
This opens WhatsApp with your answers; nothing is stored on this website. The category check is a first guide only: MOTAC, the state programme offices and the Immigration Department decide every application.
