These are the JB homes on my site that sit closest to the Bukit Chagar station of the RTS Link, the new train to Woodlands North in Singapore. The short answer: about ten projects lie within roughly 1.5 km of the station, almost all freehold serviced apartments, and only one of them is completed today. The rest are still being built, with keys due between 2027 and 2031.
The RTS Link is now expected to open in February 2027 and the fare has not been announced. I explain what it means for buyers, owners and landlords in my RTS Link article.

How to read this list
- Straight-line is not walking distance. Main roads, flyovers and the checkpoint area can add a lot. Walk the route at rush hour before you decide.
- Most are under construction. Keys-due dates are contractual, not a promise of when you can move in or rent out. Check the developer’s track record and the progress shown on each project page.
- There is a lot of new supply here. Many projects near the station will complete around the same time, which matters if you plan to rent out. My article on renting to Singapore commuters covers this.
- Serviced apartments often sit on commercial land, which can affect loan margins, maintenance charges and utility tariffs. Ask before you commit.
