EcoWorld points to links with the LEKAS, SKVE and SILK highways, and universities such as UNITEN, UKM, UPM and the University of Nottingham Malaysia within the wider corridor.
What to weigh: low rents and a long commute
Cradleton terraces were asked at about RM1,700–1,800 a month in October 2026, a modest return on a RM570,000–680,000 house. EdgeProp’s implied yield is about 2.4%. Kuala Lumpur is a highway commute away.

Can a foreigner buy here?
In Selangor’s Zone 1 (Petaling, Gombak, Hulu Langat, Sepang and Klang districts) a foreigner may buy only a strata or landed-strata home priced at RM2 million or more, with State Authority consent from the Selangor Land and Mines Office (PTG Selangor) under section 433B of the National Land Code. Homes on an individual title are closed to foreign buyers, and Bumiputera-quota and low-cost units are excluded.
