The developer lists Perling Mall, Angsana Mall, Paradigm Mall and AEON Bukit Indah within about 5 km, with Columbia Asia Hospital and several primary and secondary schools nearby.
What to weigh: a long wait, eligibility and supply
Keys are not due until June 2029, and the structure was still going up in August 2026. No unit reaches RM1 million, so foreigners cannot buy here. Taman Perling, Bukit Indah and nearby Sutera already have many completed serviced apartments, so compare rents and resale prices before you commit.

The approved advertisement gives June 2029. At 30 August 2026 the developer reported earthworks and foundations complete and structural works under way. Confirm the date in your SPA, which is the one that counts for late delivery claims.
Can foreigners buy at Sky Curve?
In Johor a foreign buyer generally needs to pay at least RM1 million for a residential property, with state consent. Since 1 July 2025 Johor charges foreign buyers a consent levy of 3% of the price or RM30,000, whichever is higher, and stamp duty on transfers to foreigners is a flat 8% from 1 January 2026. Bumiputera lots, low-cost and affordable units, Malay Reserve land and single or one-and-a-half-storey terraces are closed to foreigners. Here the highest price on the permit is RM809,000, and the permit says strata parcels cannot be sold to non-citizens or foreign companies without state approval, so no unit qualifies.
