Tropicana Corporation describes a direct link from Tropicana Gardens to Surian MRT station on the Kajang line; PropertyGuru puts the station about 250 metres away.
A mall below
Tropicana Gardens Mall, about 1 million sq ft, opened in 2020 with tenants including Village Grocer, GSC cinemas, Uniqlo and H&M, according to the developer.
Small units, sold furnished
1-bedroom units start at about 600 sq ft. At launch in 2014 units came fully furnished, with kitchen appliances, a washing machine, sofa and dining set, The Edge reported.
What to weigh: thin and uneven price records
EdgeProp’s 48-month median is RM1,219 psf within a narrow RM1,193–1,244 band, while PropertyGuru’s asking range runs from about RM730 to RM1,322 psf and EdgeProp records a sale at RM644 psf in March 2021. Ask for recent sales of your exact layout before you offer.
