Freehold at a mid-market price
Asking prices in early October 2026 ran from about RM307,000 to RM630,000, with 3-bedroom units of 935 to 945 sq ft mostly listed at about RM500,000 to RM630,000.
Steady rental demand
iProperty showed about 66 units for rent in October 2026, mostly asking RM1,700 to RM2,500 a month, and EdgeProp estimates a gross yield of about 5.5%.
Pools and family facilities
UOA lists a main lap pool, a leisure pool, a wading pool, a gym, a playground, a multipurpose hall, an open terrace and a sauna.
What to weigh: scale and supply
With 1,388 units, more than 100 were listed for sale on PropertyGuru in October 2026, so expect competition when you resell or let. EdgeProp’s recorded median of RM590 psf is a better guide than the highest asking prices.
