Arena Green was developed by the Berjaya Land group; its 2004 annual report lists Arena Green Apartments under Berjaya Golf Resort Berhad, a wholly owned subsidiary.
Phase 1 was launched on 2 July 2000 and sold out within its first week, with sales of RM56 million. Phases 2A and 2B, 488 units, were priced at an average of RM133,000 (Berjaya Land annual report 2001).
The 689 units of Phase 2 were completed and handed over in the financial year to 30 April 2004 (Berjaya Land annual report 2004).
