Low density, about nine homes an acre, with card-access security and AEON Bukit Indah nearby. It’s a quiet family choice. Very few homes come up for sale, so price evidence is thin, and the drive to the checkpoints is longer than from some other Iskandar Puteri estates.

What to weigh: very few listings
PropertyGuru showed only two homes for sale and one for rent in October 2026, so price evidence is thin. EdgeProp also put the checkpoints about 35 minutes away by car, which is longer than some Iskandar Puteri estates.

Can a foreigner buy here?
In Johor a foreign buyer generally needs to pay at least RM1 million for a residential property, with state consent. Bumiputera lots, low-cost and affordable units, Malay Reserve land and single or one-and-a-half-storey terraces are closed to foreigners. Asking prices here start at about RM798,000, so only homes priced at RM1 million or more on non-Bumiputera lots, such as some corner units, could qualify.
