Who each suits

How the projects differ

SOHO Sunway Majestic

Keys due in October 2029, compact SOHO units of 473–688 sq ft and resort facilities such as a lazy river and lakeside jogging path. Suits buyers who drive and value facilities over a walk to the checkpoint.

Causewayz Square @ JBCC

A short walk to the CIQ, JB Sentral and the malls, with studios to three-bedroom and dual-key layouts. Suits Singapore commuters and buyers renting to tenants who cross daily; note the large number of units.

Before you choose

What to check

  • A SOHO is usually on a commercial title: check the quit rent, assessment and utility rates that apply.
  • Causewayz Square has 4,525 units across four towers, so compare how many similar units will be for rent when the keys come.
  • Asking prices on the portals are below some permit prices for both projects; ask for the current price list before you decide.
  • Foreign buyers: only the largest units in either project reach Johor’s RM1 million line.
