Before you choose
What to check
- The RTS Link is now due to start passenger service in February 2027 (MOT and LTA, 2 October 2026), years before either project’s keys.
- Compare price per square foot for the same layout size, not the headline price.
- Several large towers around Bukit Chagar complete between 2029 and 2031, so check how many similar units will compete for tenants.
- Foreign buyers: check that the specific unit is above RM1 million and budget for the 3% consent levy (at least RM30,000) and 8% stamp duty.
