Who each suits

How the projects differ

Residensi Arden

Larger units from 797 sq ft, one tower, and keys due in February 2030. Suits buyers who want more space and foreign buyers who need every option above RM1 million.

CTC SkyOne

Units from about 463 sq ft, the widest price band on the permit, and the shortest walk to the RTS station on record (about 300 m). Suits buyers with smaller budgets or who want a compact unit to rent out.

Before you choose

What to check

  • The RTS Link is now due to start passenger service in February 2027 (MOT and LTA, 2 October 2026), years before either project’s keys.
  • Compare price per square foot for the same layout size, not the headline price.
  • Several large towers around Bukit Chagar complete between 2029 and 2031, so check how many similar units will compete for tenants.
  • Foreign buyers: check that the specific unit is above RM1 million and budget for the 3% consent levy (at least RM30,000) and 8% stamp duty.
