What you can expect
Numbers first
Every unit I suggest comes with recorded prices or rents for the building, so you can judge the price yourself.
Clear on fees
My fee and who pays it are agreed in writing before I start, within the limits set by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers.
One contact
I coordinate the developer or the other agent, the bank and the lawyer, and keep you updated on WhatsApp.
